All employees and teachers who join the team are not content with their current experience. They receive IB trainings and pre-service and in-service training in our center, as well as receive external training from accredited institutions, and their willing teammates are supported by the management to continue their academic studies. In addition, each of our teachers is supported to improve themselves by preparing internal training presentations for their teammates in line with their experiences.
