There are various techniques and methods developed in the world for pre-school education. Among these methods, the child has a positive attitude towards school, shows a love of learning and discipline, is motivated, can act independently, enjoys repetition and working, increases self-confidence,  M. Montessori's Educational Approach, which aims to nurture permanent curiosity and develop a sense of inner confidence and order, is Reggio Emilio's Educational Approach, which aims to establish new interactions with the environment through pre-planned group works and various workshops, with a carefully arranged environment where the child can develop their desired abilities. GARDNER's Theory of Multiple Intelligences, which defines 7 different skills, which he calls intelligence, as an effective tool for learning, problem solving and being a person with good qualities, suggesting that the human brain consists of different parts and each part has special functions. In other words, the High Scope Education System, which gives importance to social, emotional, mental and physical development, can be counted. 

   These methods were examined and evaluated by our professional Education Consultants, Expert Educators in the Field, and Expert Pedagogues and Psychologists, and TAD developed and put into practice the PHILOSOPHY OF EDUCATION AND TEACHING, which is a synthesis of these methods and approaches and aims at the important points of all, without adhering to a single method.

   The educational toys and materials used in our school and the academic life of our educators enable us to keep the TAD quality in a certain balance. In order to protect, maintain and carry this quality to higher levels, TAD PRESCHOOL scans and evaluates the studies conducted around the world and aims to continuously improve the quality of education and training by keeping up with the development.

Teacher In-Service Trainings
Although all of our teachers and trainers working at TAD Preschool are experts in their fields, all of our teachers attend Pre-Service trainings provided by academics who have proven themselves in their fields every year, in accordance with our structure of lifelong learning, following modern approaches and constantly aiming for the better. are subject to In-Service Trainings at regular intervals. With these studies, in which observation and training studies are carried out together, it is aimed that all our teachers are aware of the academic developments taking place in the world and that they can move towards better in line with the new findings. 

Material Development
   It is extremely important to develop educational materials for students' individual learning differences and perception methods. From this point of view, application and communication-based materials that appeal to the needs and interests of all our students and teachers at TAD Preschool are developed by the Material Development Specialists of TAD Preschool, which consists of academicians. In this way, our TAD Preschool students reinforce their education with tried and proven materials.

Family Counseling Service
   Thanks to the service to be provided by the TAD PRESCHOOL Pedagogue; It will provide families with the opportunity to constantly change and develop together with their children, by evaluating our children from the school adaptation process to their graduation, informing families about their development, providing guidance to families about the problems they experience during their developmental period, and organizing seminars and family meetings on needed issues. 

Interest and Skills Guidance
   Each individual is interested in different areas and is more successful in different areas. TAD Preschool subjects all of its students to ability and skill tests at regular intervals so that all of our students can get to know themselves better, discover their strengths and be guided in line with their interests, skills and tendencies. In this way, it is aimed to identify areas where students will feel happier and more successful in the future and to provide guidance to students in this direction.
